You can swap 2 for 2A or 3 for 3A to give some variation to your routine

2. Swimming, Shell stretch, Cat stretch

2A. Swimming on hands and knees, the Shell Stretch, and the Spine Stretch

3. Spinal rotation, posture check, One leg stretch. This must be done for both sides

3A. The Clam and the Hundred

4. Shoulder bridge and hip rolling
