I started Pilates on the recommendation of my rheumatology consultant and it has definitely improved the pain and stiffness in my back and neck. I am now comfortably doing movements that were previously impossible for me.

I attended Pilates primarily to strengthen my back .It has also improved my general health and helped my poor circulation.
I first came to Pilates very nervous, struggling through personal problems. Pilates has been fresh, surprising, enjoyable and very relaxing. I have gained an inner contentment that I haven’t felt for years.
My pelvic floor has improved so all those embarrassing little accidents have stopped.
